Hi! I´m Jazz.
Sport has always been a big part of my life. I started gymnastics aged 4 And aged 12 I joined the irish team.
After retiring i tried every kind of workout searching for the same endorphin high that gymnastics gave me - and i finally found it when i discovered barre!!
i left my previous role in marketing to train as an instructor becuase I want to help share the physical and mental benefits of barre with as many people as possible.
